Our story

It all started about two years ago when we began duck hunting together. We all had a small idea of maybe starting a brand that would demonstrate our love for hunting and making memories. When we started it was just a distant thought that we wanted to bring to fruition but wasn’t quite sure how to go about doing it. So we all started stock piling some ideas and thoughts into what we do as far as naming our company. We all came to the idea of “Way Back Outfitters.” The name we chose symbolizes every one of us and our journey in life. We’re all from rural South Georgia and like most kids out of high school we all wanted to leave and move on with our lives. But this name symbolizes much more for us. It’s not about wanting to leave, it’s about knowing when and how to find your “way back” because your roots run deep and true. Our vision for this company is to inspire kids and adults to pursue your dreams but never forget that place where you were raised and remember that you can always find your “way back”.
